Trying to change a car on the policy. Chose sale/effective dates, error « chose valid date », try again and again, pick another date to see if it works, it does not. Calling them? No one answers. You can do better allstate.

This app (and the Allstate website) are totally useless. I can’t update my address info cause I keep getting an invalid effective date no matter what date I try and the app doesn’t tell me what is valid.

I was confused about transferring vehicle from my wife’s name to me. Other agents mentioned that even if I am the only one using that then it wouldn’t be a problem. But I couldn’t get it and I was forcing them to make the respective change on policy. Kera, heard me and started process as per my expectations and at the end she explained me the same thing calmly with examples as other agents mentioned earlier and I got convinced.
