The Doctor of Medicine Undergraduate Program at UBC’s Faculty of Medicine prepares students to meet the health challenges of tomorrow. Our learners receive the training necessary for a career founded on evidence-based practice, critical reflection, lifelong learning, and an ability to deliver care in a professional manner. We believe these skills will enable our graduates to transform the communities they serve and improve the health of the BC population and beyond.
I chose the MD Undergraduate at UBC because I was inspired by the opportunity to push myself both professionally and personally while doing something meaningful and fulfilling. I am excited to return to Northern BC Indigenous communities and provide culturally safe care.
